Over the last few years of my fitness journey I’ve conquered a lot of my fears, from having the courage to work out in the weights room, wear a vest and now I have started my beach running.
I’ve been trying to revamp my cardio, everything I was doing in the gym was becoming very boring, and I would slip back into the same routine. I really enjoyed my treadmill runs, but it was a stepping stone. What was I waiting for, I’d spent a small fortune on running trainers and gym gear, it was time to get out there. It’s such a waste to be running on the treadmill when I live in Brighton, and gorgeous beach is my front yard.
Am so glad I did this, I’m happy to reach my 2K target, next up now is getting to my 3K by the end of May. Excited times ahead.
